We provide three different tour options to suit your preference:

  • 15-minute trip – A quick yet scenic ride.

  • 30-minute trip – A balanced experience, perfect for sightseeing.

  • 60-minute trip – A full immersive journey to explore the beauty of Sharjah’s waterfront.

Each boat has a capacity of 10 passengers plus 1 captain. If you have a larger group, multiple boats can be arranged.

Yes, we offer shared boat tours, where individual passengers or small groups can join others on the same boat. This is a cost-effective option and a great way to enjoy the experience with fellow visitors.

Yes, we offer private boat tours for those who prefer an exclusive experience. Private bookings can be made online via our website or directly at the kiosks, subject to availability.

Boats depart regularly based on demand. During peak hours, boats operate frequently to accommodate more guests. The wait time varies but is usually minimal.

Our tours operate daily from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The last trip departs before closing time, so we recommend arriving early to secure your slot.

You can book your boat tour through the following options:

  • Onsite Booking: Purchase tickets from any of our five sales kiosks:

    • Al Qasba

    • Al Majaz Waterfront 1

    • Al Majaz Waterfront 2 

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, especially during peak hours.

The busiest hours are between 5:45 PM and 9:00 PM, especially during weekends and holidays. If you prefer a quieter experience, we recommend coming earlier or later in the evening.

Cancellations and rescheduling are possible on a case-by-case basis. Please note the following details:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available subject to our cancellation policy and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, please allow 15–20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your trip to another available time slot. Please check with our kiosk staff or use our online booking system to arrange an alternative time.

For safety reasons, tours may be postponed or canceled in case of heavy rain, strong winds, or adverse weather conditions. If your tour is canceled, you will be offered an alternative time or a refund.

Yes, we provide special discounts for large groups and corporate bookings. Please inquire at the kiosk or check our website for more details.

We occasionally run seasonal offers and discounts. Check our website or follow our social media pages for updates.

Yes, all passengers must wear a life jacket throughout the tour for safety reasons. Our staff will provide jackets before boarding.

Children of all ages are welcome; however:

  • Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Infants (under 2 years) are allowed but must be held securely by a guardian.

Each boat is operated by a trained captain, and all safety measures are in place. In case of an emergency, follow the captain’s instructions and remain calm. Life jackets and other safety equipment are readily available onboard.

Unfortunately, wheelchairs are not allowed on the boat due to safety concerns at the jetty. The boarding area and boat design make it unsafe for wheelchair users.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed onboard. However, refreshments may be available at kiosks nearby.

For safety and space reasons, large bags, luggage, and strollers are not permitted. Small handbags or personal items are allowed.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted onboard for the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Absolutely! Photography is encouraged, and the tour offers stunning views, especially at night. However, please avoid standing or leaning over the boat while taking pictures.
